Eyal Bar-Or
Eyal Bar-Or, the developer of the “Leadership – The Skipper Model” course, is an electronic and computers engineer and the CEO and owner of the engineering consulting company, “Bar-Or Technologies Ltd.” As well as the software company “Safe Zone Ltd.”, which developed a set of unique software for products classification in accordance with the export control regulations in Israel and world-wide.
Beside the leadership experience that he has gained in the companies that he had founded and managed, Eyal has acquired his management and leadership experience in 25 year of serving in the IDF, during which he held various management and development positions in the Israeli Air Force and the Defense Directorate for Research and Development at IMOD.
Those positions included the management of key projects held by The Israeli Ministry of Defenses, while successfully leading teams consist of hundreds of engineers, programmers and developers in a wide range of big and small industries.
During the first stages of his IDF service, the Unit on which he commanded was acknowledged four times as an outstanding unit owing to his unique methods of management and leadership.
During his service as Israel’s Missile Defense Attaché to the United States (last position that he held in his service ) the agreements regarding the Arrow 3 , David Sling and Iron Dome projects were signed.
Eyal won the Air Force Commander Prize for managing a team in a unique project, as well as the Head of The Technology and Equipment Division at IAF Prize, for managing an additional engineering project.
He is also a part of the team that won the Israel Defense Prize for the Arrow 3 program.
Eyal has a Grade 40 skipper’s license (a skippers’ guide and a commercial skipper).
By combining his love for leadership, his love for sailing and his will to share his rich experience with others, he was able to create a special model (as a substitute for the Infantry model of “Bahad 1” – the IDF’s officers school) for developing and sustaining leadership skills in a unique course called “Leadership – The skipper Model”, which is conducted by the Tiller International Leadership Institute managed by him.

Brigadier general (ret) Haimovich Zvika
Brigadier general Haimovich Zvika, former Israel Air Defense Forces Commander, Over three decades of experience in the Aerospace and Defense arena.
With a successful career as an Air and Missile Defense Officer, General Haimovich has extensive experience developing strategy, policy and plans for joint, combined and interagency operations. In addition, he also has vast experience leading large, complex organizations, managing changes and building teams and relationships.
During his service in the IAF, General Haimovich filled several positions such as the Commander in Change of the Command Field in the IAF Air Defense school, Head of TRADOC (Training and Doctrine) branch in the IAF Air Defense Division, and Commander of the Active Defense Wing and Sky Defense Wing.
He is bringing with him a lot of operational experience in high intensity conflicts, professional experience in operating new systems and technology, such as: Iron Dome, Arrow 3, David Sling, Anti Drones Concept and more.

Brig. Gen. Zvika Haimovich holds a BA in Middle East Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, A Master’s degree in National Security Studies from Haifa University. As well as a Diploma in Strategic Management from the USAF Air War College (USA), General Haimovich was graduated the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) National Security College (INSC).
